DIRECTIONS

YORK.  Travelling on the A64 to Malton, join the A169 Pickering to Whitby road.  Follow the A169 then turn left onto the A171, Whitby to Guisborough moor road.  After approx. ten miles, Lealholm is signposted on the left.

SCARBOROUGH.  Travel on the A171 past Whitby towards Guisborough,  Lealholm is signposted on the left.

MIDDLESBROUGH.  Travel past Guisborough on the A171 Whitby moor road, Lealholm is signposted on the right.

LEALHOLM.  After crossing the moors you drop down into Lealholm, the free public car park is on the left, turn right before the bridge and follow the road round.  Poets Cottage is 200 yards on the left.

Poets Cottage is open 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays) with a wide variety of plants available.
